Your commissions will come directly from Phone Intercom. Your base commission will be based on how many clients you bring into our Phone Intercom family. Phone Intercom will place a web page on the world wide web for new agents, free of charge.
Please read the below information:
1) You may receive commission on your own account, however, no commissions will be payable to you until you have usage on a minimum of ten of the accounts you have signed up. These ten accounts may be on any combination of the services we offer; for example, it could be 6 Switched customers and 4 "Dial Around" customers.
2) If your commission in any given month totals less than $50.00, your commissions will accrue until such time as an amount greater than $50.00 is due.
3) Phone Intercom will not hold any processing fee.
4) Commissions will be paid after the twenty eighth of each month. For example, the agent will receive in March 28th the check representing the usage of his customers made in January. On April 28 we will send the check for the usage made in February and so on.
5) Phone Intercom will only pay on collected accounts, if the agent's client(s) has fallen tardy on payments due, he'll be asked to assist Phone Intercom in contacting and trying to collect from client(s).
7) NO SPAMMING! In the event that an agent sends out unsolicited commercial email, or engages in improper, Usenet Newsgroup postings (spamming), we have no choice but to cancel our agreement with any agency engaging in the improper conduct. It is not our desire to do so, because we realize that our agents are hard-working and industrious, but because of accepted internet practices, Phone Intercom's ability to operate on the net would be jeopardized if we tolerate such activity! If you spam, we must cancel you!
8) To activate customers, Phone intercom introduces 3 easy steps to follow:
First, you'll need a registered Phone Intercom Agent I.D. number
Second, you'll need a web page- Phone Intercom will provide agents with free web pages, then we'll contact each agent and discuss the specific style and individual layout of the web pages. Your page we'll include your individual web title, personalized text, links to Phone Intercom and a sign-up form.
Third, you'll need to simply go to your own page click the agent submit or clients themselves can simply sign up from your web page.
We will contact each customer by phone to verify their order. When we contact your customers, we tell them that we are calling from Phone Intercom and we have their phone number from you or they signed up on your web page. If the customers don't speak English, after you submit the application, you need to calls us with the customer's name, address, phone number and date of birth etc...so we can verify the order with you.
9) To activate customers by fax or mail, we will provide you with a LOA (letter of agency). We will not contact your customers if they sign the application.
10) Phone Intercom has the right to terminate the contract ,if the agent isn't active by sending at least one costumer per week or the equivalent of 4 clients per month.
